- Apprenticeship Chemical Laboratory Technician:
For the production of a modern printed circuit board, the associated chemical process steps are becoming increasingly complex. These are predominantly inorganic, wet-chemical in nature. Therefore, chemical laboratory technicians are crucial for our company. As a chemical laboratory technician, you will be responsible for the regular analysis of the process baths using modern analytical equipment as part of our quality assurance. They prepare standards and control solutions for use in our laboratories as well as for inline measurement of the machines. By communicating the analysis results to our process engineers and the production staff, you ensure process stability. In addition, you will support our process engineers with your expertise in the introduction of new chemicals or chemical processes. This ensures that our products meet our customer requirements according to IATF-16949 and other compliances. In addition to process control, you will actively participate in compliance with high standards of environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001.
Dual study program Process Engineer (Chemical Laboratory Technician & B.Eng. Chemical Engineering):
In case of a University qualification, we offer the possibility of a dual studies program through our company in cooperation with colleges or universities. Thus, we combine in-company training as a chemical laboratory technician and further academic education in the form of a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. This allows you to gain practical experience in the field of chemical processes during your training and to implement the knowledge you have acquired during your studies. As a process engineer, you will oversee one of our numerous manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for the practical implementation of customer requirements in your assigned process. By constantly monitoring the process parameters and product features, you ensure consistent quality. Continuous exchange with your fellow engineers ensures a smooth production process. In addition, you will continuously evaluate possible innovations. Together with our product development department, the increasingly complex requirements for the printed circuit board are turned into reality.
