• Betreuung und Überwachung der genutzten Produktionsanlagen
• Unterstützung bei Prozessstörungen und deren Behebung
• Laufende Optimierung bestehender Produktionsprozesse
• Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Verfahren und Prozesse
• Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit in der Leiterplattenproduktion
• Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Produktion neuer Produkte
• Unterstützung bei bestehenden Produkten, Verfahren und Materialien
• Aktive Beteiligung an Problemlösungen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in allen Produktionsschritten

Was du mitbringst / Job Requirements
Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in einer technischen Fachrichtung oder vergleichbare technische Weiterbildung
Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozesstechnik oder Produktion
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens
Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Kostenbewusstsein
Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
Kenntnisse in der Herstellung von Leiterplatten von Vorteil
